PLEASE NOTICE that there will be a Public Hearing held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North Castle on Thursday evening, January 8, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. Members of the Board will be attending in person at Town of North Castle, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, NY 10504. PLEASE ALSO NOTICE THAT Board Member Ed Lashins will be attending via ZOOM from 2773 South Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, FL 33480, as authorized by the Open Meetings Law § 103a, Article V of the Town Code, and the Town's video conferencing policy adopted by the Town Board. View the meeting in person, on NCTV or ONLINE AT NCTV https://www.northcastleny.com/760/NCTV-Meeting-Video-Portal. regarding a request on the appeal and application of 125 BUSINESS PARK LLC, 125 Business Park Drive, Armonk, NY 10504 and known on the Town Tax Assessment Maps as Section 108.03, Block 1, Lot 55 and located in the PLI Zoning District, which is a referral from the Planning Board of the Town of North Castle. In order to construct a commercial building on the site, the applicant will require the following variances from the Town Code which were previously granted on March 4, 2004 and have since expired.
1. The minimum rear yard setback per Section 355-21 is 100 feet where 45 feet are provided requiring a variance of 55 feet.
2. The minimum front yard setback per Section 355-21 is 100 feet, where 50 feet are provided, requiring a variance of 50 feet.
3. The minimum required acreage in the zoning district is 4 acres per Section 355-21, where 3.7 acres are provided, requiring a variance of three tenths of an acre.
