In order to construct a commercial building on the site, the applicant will require the following variances from the Town Code which were previously granted on March 4, 2004 and have since expired. 1. The minimum rear yard setback per Section 355-21 is 100 feet where 45 feet are provided requiring a variance of 55 feet. 2.
