Jan. 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PLACE: The Common Council Chambers at the Franklin City Hall, 9229 W Loomis Rd, Franklin, WI 53132. APPLICANT: Amy Hansel, Communities of Crocus (property owner). PROPERTY: 0 S. 31st St. (TKN 761 9992 002) PROPOSAL: Renewal of approval of an application for a Special Use for Communities of Crocus to allow for development of up to four four-unit multifamily residential buildings (16 units total) with services for autistic adults, and related community buildings. The Centre community building will provide health and recreational resources to residents of Communities of Crocus. The Hub building will include general office space, life skill and caregiving training facilities, and other educational facilities. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION This public hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(d)2. and §15-9-06.E of the UDO.
