NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Soltage MD DevCo, LLC's and Berlin Living, LLC's application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct 6 co-located solar photovoltaic generating facilities totaling 18 MW in the Town of Berlin, Maryland.
Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division's YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed by January 13, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission's website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission's Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9826. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission's "e-file" system for filing.
