LEGAL NOTICE   2025 REAL PROPERTY ABSTRACT In compliance with Section 5715.17 of the Ohio Revised Code, Angela Kinsey, Stark County Auditor and Secretary of the Stark County Board of Revision, hereby gives notice that the Board of Revision has completed its work of equalization and has transmitted to the County Auditor a list of property, and that the tax returns for the current year have been revised and valuations completed and are open for public inspection in his office, and that complaints filed by March 31, 2026, against any assessments now on the tax list and duplicate except valuations fixed and assessments made by the Department of Taxation, State of Ohio, will be set for hearings by the County Board of Revision at a time and place to be determined and announced by the Board of Revision in accordance with Section 5715.19 of the Ohio Revised Code.
