Whereas, judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest and costs as follows:

A copy of the full legal description may be obtained at the Crawford County Engineer and Recorder Offices. Purchaser is to be responsible for the taxes and assessments, if any, after date of sale.
Public notice is hereby given that I, Scott M. Kent, Sheriff of Crawford County, Ohio will sell such property at public auction to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgement, including all delinquent and payable taxes, assessments, charges, penalties and interest payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate and accrued prior to the transfer of the deed of the property to the purchaser following the confirmation of sale (Amount to be announced at the time of sale). Property will be sold on Friday, the 9th day of January, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock AM. If property does not receive a sufficient bid, said property will be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale on Friday, the 23rd day of January, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock AM.
Terms of sale: 10% of bid due at time of sale by cash or certified check. Balance of bid due when sale is confirmed by the Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
