San Bernardino County Dept. of Behavioral Health Request for Proposals (RFP) Inpatient Concurrent Review RFP DBH 25-61 - ePro Document ID # DBHE26-ADMN-6093 The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide Inpatient Concurrent Review services to evaluate real-time authorizations that are conducted for every Medi-Cal psychiatric inpatient stay to ensure that each day of care remains medically necessary, is delivered at the appropriate level, and is aligned with an established discharge and aftercare plan. DBH is seeking to award one (1) contract to an eligible proposer within the United States. The contract period will be for a five (5) year period beginning on July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031.
