NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS E-RATE ELIGIBLE INTERNET ACCESS AND TRANSPORT PROVIDER   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Enterprise Elementary School District (“EESD”) is seeking proposals pursuant to Public Contract Code 20118.2 et seq. from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for E-rate eligible internet access and transport provider. RFP and documents are available on the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) website at https://opendata.usac.org/stories/s/ejcg-sjaz as a part of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) form 470 # 260005830. The full scope of work is further set forth in the Request for Proposals (the “RFP”). The winning proposal will be that which is the most advantageous to EESD. Upon selection of the best proposal, EESD will endeavor to negotiate a mutual agreement with the selected firm. In the event that EESD is unable to reach an agreement, EESD will proceed at its sole discretion to negotiate with the next firm selected by EESD.
