Charlton Planning Board
In accordance with Section's 200-5.13 and 200.2.G of the Charlton Zoning Bylaw, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 7:05 PM in the Planning Board Office in the George McKinstry Building, 37 Main Street Charlton, MA 01507 on the application of Steve Bresstte 19 Lakeshore Drive, Fiskdale, MA 01518 for the approval of one (1) reduced frontage lot containing approximately 24 acres for purposes of building a new single-family homes. The property is located at 30 Hill Road and is on Assessor’s Map 31, Block D, Lot 6 and is in the Agriculture, (A) and R-60 district.
Copies of the reduced frontage lot Special Permit application are available at the Planning Board Office and Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. Any person wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
