THIS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IS NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR RIGHTS OR INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN RAPIDES PARISH, PINEVILLE, LOUISIANA MAY BE TERMINATED BY OPERATION OF LAW IF YOU DO NOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW:
A certain piece, parcel or lot of grounds, together with all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belongs, being lying and situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Part of Lot Nineteen (19) of Square Two (2) of the Subdivision of Lots 11,12,14, 15 and part of Lots D & E of Lot 13 of Section 2 of Willow Glen Plantation, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 156 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described in Cash Sale from Chester D. Wells (Margaret Jordan) to George Lee (Martha Williams) dated March 13, 1956, filed and recorded March 16, 1956 in Conveyance Book 494, Page 280 of the records of Rapides Parish.
Bearing the municipal address of: 3826 Southland Street, Alexandria, LA
Tax sale title to the above-described property has been sold for failure to pay taxes. You have been identified as a person who may have an interest in this property.
