The following is the legislation passed by Wooster City Council at their regular meeting held on December 15, 2025, and is available for public review upon request:
Ordinance No. 2025-23 An Ordinance appropriating from various funds to individual accounts for the current expenses and other expenditures for the City of Wooster for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and allowing for immediate enactment (Abernathy)
Resolution No. 2025-68 A Resolution declaring it necessary to improve Gasche Street between E. Wayne Avenue and Winter Street by widening, paving, resurfacing, constructing curbs and driveway approaches, installing storm sewers, catch basins, manholes, and traffic control signs and devices, and acquiring any real estate and interests therein required thereby, all together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-74 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to advertise according to law and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for the Oldman Road Water Storage Tank painting, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-75 Resolution authorizing the expenditure of additional funds with Engineering Associates, for the design of the Well S-4 Well House and Raw Waterline project, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-76 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to advertise according to law and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for the resurfacing and concrete pavement replacement of various roads within the City of Wooster, and providing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-77 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to advertise according to law and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for the purchase and installation of a traffic signal and related equipment at the intersection of N. Market Street and Larwill Street, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-78 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to enter into an agreement with the Wayne County Commissioners for the prosecution of Municipal Ordinances and Misdemeanor violations of State Law by the Wayne County Prosecutor and for payment for such services, and allowing for immediate enactment
