BID #2526-05REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FORDISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES
The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the "County", is seeking statement of qualifications from any qualified person, company, or corporation interested in providing Disaster Debris Monitoring Services.
Bid specifications can be obtained on the County's website www.gulfcounty-fl.gov or through the Gulf County Clerk's Office. Bids will be received until 4:00 PM Eastern Time on January 30, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at this same location on February 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
To be considered, Firm/Team must submit an original and five (5) copies of Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Team's or individual's name and address, bid number, and the words "DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES".
All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 11:00 PM Eastern Time on January 16, 2026 and should be directed to Matthew Herring, Gulf County Emergency Management Director at mherring@gulfcounty-fl.gov and a copy of your correspondence to info@gulfclerk.com.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
