Bid specifications can be obtained on the County's website www.gulfcounty-fl.gov or through the Gulf County Clerk's Office. Bids will be received until 4:00 PM Eastern Time on January 30, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at this same location on February 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. To be considered, Firm/Team must submit an original and five (5) copies of Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Team's or individual's name and address, bid number, and the words "DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES".
