ORDINANCE S-52464 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES TO THREE CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY LABOR TO SUPPORT EVENT ACTIVITIES FOR THE PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER DEPARTMENT; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to allow additional expenditures under contracts with Legacy Professional Solutions LLC (158222), Marathon Staffing Group Inc. (158192), and S4 Global Solutions LLC (158221) to provide temporary labor to support event activities for the Phoenix Convention Center Department. The contract terms remain unchanged, ending on April 30, 2028. Additional expenditures are approved and will not exceed one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000). The revised total cost of the contracts will not exceed two million nine hundred thousand dollars ($2,900,000). SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse funds for purposes of this Ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 3rd day of December, 2025.
