ORDINANCE S-52474 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR ACCESS TO AVIATION LAND AT PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an access agreement with Honeywell International, Inc. (Honeywell) for access to Aviation Department-owned land located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for the purpose of installing and monitoring ground water and soil vapor wells. The term is month-to-month and will expire on the date the City determines Honeywell has completed decommissioning all wells on Aviation Department-owned land. SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse funds for purposes of this Ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 3rd day of December 2025.
