ORDINANCE S-52478 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF RETIREMENT FUNDS AND CREDITED SERVICE OF A FORMER MEMBER OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM TO THE ARIZONA STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1.
