ORDINANCE S-52444
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH P3 SAFETY SOLUTIONS, LLC, TO PROVIDE HORIZONTAL LIFELINE AND VERTICAL FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM INSPECTION AND REPAIR FOR THE WATER SERVICES DEPARTMENT; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to enter into a contract with P3 Safety Solutions, LLC to provide Horizontal Lifeline and Vertical Fall Protection System Inspection and Repair for the Water Services Department. The contract will provide the ability to conduct annual inspections and repair services as needed for horizontal lifeline and vertical fall protection systems. The contract has a five-year term, beginning on or about November 1, 2025, with no options to extend. The aggregate value of the contract will not exceed eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000).
SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse all funds for purposes of this Ordinance.
