ORDINANCE S-52447 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TELOS IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LLC TO PROVIDE DESIGNATED AVIATION CHANNELING SERVICES; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a contract with Telos Identity Management Solutions LLC to provide designated aviation channeling services for the Aviation Department. The term of the contract will begin on or about Jan. 1, 2026, for an initial three-year term with two one-year options to extend the term for an aggregate five-year term. The total cost of the contract will not exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000) over the five-year term. SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse funds for purposes of this Ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 3rd day of December 2025.
