The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of MEGRYCO, INC. requesting a Special Permit per Section 203-9.C of the Zoning Bylaw to allow expansion or alteration of pre-existing nonconforming uses and structures to construct a thirty-three (33) unit multi-family building; per Section 203-7.F.1 of the Zoning Bylaw to allow multiple maneuvers in or out of a parking space; per Section 203-7.F.2 of the Zoning Bylaw to reduce parking stall width; per Section 203-7.C.2 of the Zoning Bylaw to reduce the separation of abutting driveways; per Section 207-7 of the Zoning Bylaw to allow three (3) affordable dwelling units; and to grant any other appropriate relief over which the Board has jurisdiction, on the property known as 135-139 SANDWICH STREET; shown as Parcels 022-000-087A-000, 022-000-097C-000, and 022-000-097D-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in the R-20SL Zone.
