Town of Westminster – Conservation Commission
Public Hearing for Stormwater Management and Low Impact Development Permit
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Westminster, pursuant to Chapter 169, and Chapter 136 of the General Bylaws, that the Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM in room 222 at the Westminster Town Hall, 11 South Street, to discuss the Storm water Management, and Low impact Development Permit application for Montachusett Regional Technical School, 1050 Westminster Street. The reconstruction of existing running track and converting the interior natural grass field to an infilled synthetic turf athletic field. The existing spectator bleachers and press box are proposed to be replaced, with a capacity of 745 seats. The existing athletic light poles will also be replaced. A copy of the plan is available for public review at the Westminster Planning Department, 11 South St. during normal office hours.
