NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS   The Village of Bellevue, Illinois will receive sealed bids for the construction of the BOSCH RD. IMPROVEMENTS, PH. 2 until 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2026 at the Village of Bellevue Village Hall, 414 S. Main St., Bellevue, IL 61604. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.   Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, may be obtained from Mohr & Kerr Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C., 5901 N. Prospect Road, Suite 6B Peoria, Illinois 61614. Documents will be emailed in PDF format.   A cashier’s check, a certified check or a Bid bond, payable to the Treasurer of the Village of Bellevue, Illinois, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price, as a proposal guarantee, shall accompany each such bid.   Bids may be held for a period of up to sixty (60) days prior to making an award.   The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Contract Bond to the Village of Bellevue in an amount equal to the contract price.   In accordance with 820/ILCS 130/3 and 130/5, this contract is subject to all of the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, is subject to the payment of prevailing wages and the Contractor is required to submit monthly certified payroll records.   In accordance with Public Act 96-0635, effective 1/1/08, all Contractors and Subcontractors, performing any contractual public work subject to the Prevailing Wage Act, shall have in place a written Substance Abuse Prevention Program filed with the public body engaged in public works. The successful Contractor shall file the Substance Abuse Prevention Program (s), with the Village of Bellevue, prior to award of the Contract.   The Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities in any or all bids.   By Order of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellevue, Illinois.   Village Clerk
