PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Lumberton Township Land Development Board at a public hearing held on November 13, 2025, granted to H and Y Associates Inc an extension of approvals for its preliminary and final major site plan approval with a use variance to construct an approximately 13 MW, dual use agri-voltaic solar energy facility with a 2,225 SF pole barn and other associated improvements. The approval has been extended through December 14, 2028. The subject property is at Stacy Haines Road (also known as 51 Stacy Haines Road) further identified as Block 37, Lot 7 on the Lumberton Township Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on December 11, 2025. The resolution and all relevant data is on file with the Lumberton Township Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at 35 Municipal Drive, Lumberton, NJ 08048.
