SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 8, 2022, The Palms at Jackson LLC, executed a deed of trust to Morton Matrick of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Trustee for the benefit of Loan Funder LLC, Series 33257, a Delaware limited liability Company, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 7281 Page 2298, Instrument Number 1792763 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, State of Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said deed of trust was assigned by said Loan Funder LLC, Series 33257 to Athene Annuity and Life Company, an Iowa corporation, as evidenced by Assignment of Deed of Trust, dated March 7, 2025, and recorded in Book 7321 Page 7952 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, State of Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said Athene Annuity and Life Company is the holder of the note secured by the aforesaid deed of trust and substituted Timothy J.
