NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS Notice is hereby given under Section 5715.17 of the Ohio Revised Code, that the assessment of Portage County, Ohio for the tax year 2025 has been revised and the valuations completed in the above tax year, and are open for public inspection at the office of the County Auditor, Portage County Administration Building, 449 S. Meridian Street, Ravenna, OH 44266. Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Complaints against any valuation or assessments of real property except valuations fixed and assessments made by the Department of Taxation, State of Ohio, will be heard by the Portage County Board of Revision at its office in the Portage County Administration Building. Complaints must be made in writing on official forms furnished by the County Auditor and FILED NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2026. This is an annual Legal Notice to the Taxpayers and includes the 2025 New Construction values as well as all new values established by the Board of Revision as ordered by law, for the tax year 2025.
