Padden. Unknown Heirs of Gary Hoffman, addresses unknown; Unknown Heirs of Joan Hoffman, addresses unknown; All Current Tenants, 60111 Claysville Road, Cambridge, Ohio 43725; and The Huntington National Bank, Department NC 1N04, 2361 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 17th day of November, 2025, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 25CV483, filed her Complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 60111 Claysville Road, Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Situated in the County of Guernsey in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Westland and known as and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Nine (9), Township One (1), Range Four (4) and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for a description at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section #9; thence along the South line of the Southeast quarter of Section #9 North 88° 35' East for 233.77 feet to a point in the center of County Road #2; thence with said road North 32° 26'West for 143.26 feet to a point in the center of said road; thence North 9° 29' West for 142.51 feet to a point in the center of said road; thence North 75° 48' West for 23.79 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing North 75° 48' West for 315.90 feet to an iron pin, said point being the true point of beginning of parcel herein described; thence North 14° 12' East for 164.00 feet to an iron pin thence North 75° 48' West for 446.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 14° 12'West for 164.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 75° 48' East for 446.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.68 acres, more or less.
This deed is made for the purpose of correcting an inaccurate description in that certain deed from the Grantor herein to the same Grantee herein, recorded in Volume 292, Page 186 for the Guernsey County Deed Records.
