State of South Carolina, County of Richland, In The Probate Court, Case No. 2025-ES-40- 00002, In The Matter Of: The Estate of Alourdes Nazaire, Karen Renaud a/k/a Karen Drumming, vs Pierre Marie Eugene Nazaire, Fcephcee Nazaire, a minor, by and through his Guardian ad litem., Shawndee Nazaire, Fergianna Nazaire, Robertson Chrisner Nazaire, Fitzgerald Nazaire, Frantzi Nazaire, Rudy Gaeten Nazaire, Marie Edelynne Nazaire, Brenda Nazaire-Coulange, Respondents.
Title of Pleading: Petition for Formal Appointment
TO THE RESPONDENT LISTED ABOVE:, YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to answer the Summons and Petition in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Petition on the subscriber at 2512 Devine Street, Columbia, South Carolina, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the date of such service; and in case of your failure to do so judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing has been scheduled on February 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Richland County Judicial Center, located at 1701 Main Street, Courtroom 2-F, Columbia, SC 29201. This hearing has been scheduled to hear and decide the Summons and Petition for Formal Testacy and Appointment, as filed by Attorney Thomas Kilpatrick on behalf of Karen Renaud.
