NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that MSD of Wayne Township (“School”), by and through its Board is requesting bids to purchase real estate owned by School. The real estate being offered for sale is parcel 49-11-17-111-019.000-900 (“Parcel”) located on 4201 W MORRIS ST, Indianapolis, IN. Property information for the Parcel can be viewed using http://maps.indy.gov/   After Parcel was appraised, School determined a fair market value of $4,300,000 as the minimum bid for the Parcel based on appraisals and School’s knowledge of the property.   Bidding for the Parcel will begin at 12:01 a.m. EST on December 19, 2025 and last until 3:00 p.m. EST on January 5, 2026. Bids must be delivered before the deadline to:   Steve Samuel, MSD of Wayne Township, 1220 S High School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46241 or via email to Steve.samuel@wearewayne.org   Parcel may not be transferred to an ineligible person under Ind. Code § 36-1-11-16 Any bid submitted by a trust must identify each trust beneficiary and the trust settlor.   Each bid will be open to public inspection. A bidder may raise the bidder's bid, and subject to § 36-1-11-4(e), that raise takes effect after Board has given notice of that raise to other bidders. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and rejected.   Sale of the Parcel shall be under one (1) purchase agreement with School. Mandatory terms and conditions of the sale are in the purchase agreement. Bidders must comply with applicable laws including but not limited to requirements detailed in purchase agreement. Bidding documents for the Parcel are on file with School and can be viewed at https://www.wayne.k12.in.us/   School expects to award sale of the Parcel to the highest and best bidder at its January 12, 2026 Board meeting. School reserves the right to hold bids, including any alternates, for up to 30 days from the date of the bid opening.
