Notice is hereby given that the City of Garden Mayor and Council will hold public hearings on January 20th
, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Garden City City Hall, located at 100 Central Avenue, Garden City, Georgia 31405.
The purpose of the public hearings is to allow public comment on each of the following application(s) prior to being considered by the Mayor and Council for final action thereon:

Request: The applicant and owner are seeking approval of a general development site plan to allow the redevelopment of their existing asphalt plant.
