APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94776 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of October 2025 C. Eric Josephson of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0044 c.f.s., 0.68 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 242 of the Truckee River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within Lot 2 of Section 16, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 16 bears N 31 degrees 36 minutes 34 seconds E, a distance of 3,012.64 feet (approx. 500 feet SE from the intersection of Del Curto Drive and Jolly Lane, Reno, NV). Water will be used for as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 19, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 20, T19N R19E, MDB&M bears S 88 degrees 05 minutes E, a distance of 2,620 feet (Lake Ditch).
