The Board approved the Applicant's application for Preliminary Major Site Plan Approval with Deviations to construct a multi-phased project consisting of six (6) mixed use towers containing a total of 2,088 residential dwelling units, approximately 94,000 sf of office space, approximately 20,000 of ground floor commercial retail space, public promenade and other site and streetscape improvements.
