NOTICE OF DECISION
CITY OF JERSEY CITY PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i) and New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(3), the City of Jersey City Planning Board memorialized the following Resolution at its meeting on December 9, 2025: Resolution of the Planning Board of the City of Jersey City submitted by the Applicant, 180 Baldwin Avenue LLC for a Preliminary Major Site Plan Approval with Deviations and Conditions under Case No. P2024-0134, with regard to the property located at 180 Baldwin Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, and identified on the City of Jersey City North Bergen Tax Map as Block 10901, Lots 65.01 and 67.01 (the "Property"). The Board approved the Applicant's application for Preliminary Major Site Plan Approval with Deviations to construct a multi-phased project consisting of six (6) mixed use towers containing a total of 2,088 residential dwelling units, approximately 94,000 sf of office space, approximately 20,000 of ground floor commercial retail space, public promenade and other site and streetscape improvements. The application was heard before the Board on October 28, 2025 and November 25, 2025 and the Resolution was memorialized on December 9, 2025.
