Citizens Energy Group (2150 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify Boone County and Marion County, Indiana, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the applicable Boone and Marion County stormwater management ordinances, as well as the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit, to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: CLWSP – Project C – Kissel Rd (96th St to Lafayette Rd). Run-off from the project site will discharge to Upper White River watershed-Eagle Creek sub-watershed.
