DECEMBER GENERAL SESSION KEWAUNEE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION CENTER DECEMBER 16, 2025 The meeting of the Kewaunee County Board of Supervisors was called to order by the Kewaunee County Chairman Olson, on December 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM., Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by prayer. Roll Call: Supervisors Baker, Browne, Jahnke, Kinnard, Kroll, Lazansky, Lukes, Olson, Ortlieb, Paape, Romdenne, Swagel, Teske, Vollenweider and Zeitler (15) were present. Supervisor Agamaite, Augustian, Guilette, Patrycia and Shelton (5) was excused. Approval of the agenda and previous minutes, Citizens Input, Appointments-Kewaunee County EMS Council, Human Services Board, Highway Commissioner, ADRC Board, Coordinated Service Teams Advisory Committee, Children's Community Options Program & B-3 Program Advisory Committee, Transportation Committee, Annual Reports & Other Reports. Closed Session at 5:07 p.m. to confer with Corporation Counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation the county is likely to become involved in. Re-convene into open session at 5:21 p.m. RESOLUTION NO. 29-12-2025 - APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS-2025 Budget Adjustments Supervisors Romdenne moved and Paape seconded for adoption. Roll Call Vote: 15 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. Communications, Chairman's Comments, the March County Board Meeting will be held on March 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kewaunee County Administration Center.
