REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)   RELATED LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PALM BEACH RENEWABLE ENERGY FACILITY 1R PROJECT RFQ 26-602/JH   The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“Authority”) requests interested parties to submit STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQs) for the purpose of selecting a qualified and licensed firm to provide the services of an ATTORNEY(S) for the purpose of providing legal services, representation, and consultation to the AUTHORITY for various tasks associated with the replacement of Renewable Energy Facility #1 (REF1) at the Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park as further detailed in the solicitation documents. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, AT 10:00 AM local EST at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time Authority Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the RFQ. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. The AUTHORITY only accepts electronic SOQ’s through Bonfire. Interested parties may obtain RFQ documents by downloading from the AUTHORITY’s website at www.swa.org or through Bonfire at Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County.
