REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 27-25 Emergency Evacuation Plan SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of the development of an emergency evacuation plan for both manmade and natural disasters for the City of Palm Springs. PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Mandatory Preproposal conference will be held on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 am PST virtually. All proposers are required to attend. DEADLINE: All proposals must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFP no later than 2:00 p.m., PST January 27, 2026.
