The Property is located at Block 3103 Lot 14.05 on the Township’s official tax and assessment map and is commonly known as 1805 Valley Road (‘extension’).

At the conclusion of the hearing and after listening to the testimony and considering the evidence, including from members of the public, if any, the Board will determine whether or not the above-referenced area qualifies as a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment and an appropriate resolution will be adopted by the Board embodying its determination.
