NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the: (i) Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Lien, dated August 13, 2025; (ii) Agreed Order Granting Defendants’ Amended Motion to Continue Sales, dated November 5, 2025; and (iii) Order Granting Defendants’ Emergency Motion to Continue Sale, dated December 9, 2025, entered in Case Number 2023 12203 CIDL of the Circuit Court, Civil Division, of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein THE PALMS AT MINORCA OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and MINORCA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Cross-Plaintiffs, and JAMES M. MORGAN and DEBRA A. MORGAN, BANK OF AMERICA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the Cross-Defendants, Laura E.
