Notice to Bidders
TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, INDIANA
The Town of Zionsville, Board of Police Commissioners, will receive sealed bids for police vehicles at the Zionsville Police Department, 1075 Parkway Drive, Zionsville, Indiana 46077, until 8:00 a.m. EST, on January 20, 2026. The Bids will be publicly opened and read by the Board of Police Commissioners at 8:00 a.m. EST in Council Chambers at Zionsville Town Hall. The Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED Police Vehicles – Zionsville Police Department" on the outside of the envelope. No late bids will be accepted.
The Zionsville Police Department is seeking bids for the purchase of seven (7) 2026 police vehicles.
Bid specifications may be obtained at the Zionsville Police Department, 1075 Parkway Drive, Zionsville, IN 46077, or by contacting Captain Marius Klykken at 317-873-5967 or mklykken@zionsville-in.gov.
Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof.
The Board reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
