INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: • 2026-2027 Caseworker Services at The Lodge on Sass and Columbus Square Apartments. (RFP) Sealed bids/proposals will be received until 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Authority's Administration Office, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
