LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 5th day of January, 2026, at the request of Volare Ristorante, for an economic development restaurant liquor license (“EDR License”) from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (“PLCB”) for their facility located at 2756 Route 611, Suite 101, Tannersville (Pocono Township), Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18372, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code 47 P.S. § 1-101, as amended. The Board of Commissioners will also consider at this Public Hearing a Resolution approving the issuance of the EDR License prior to the applicant’s submission of an application to the PLCB. Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for review at the Pocono Township Municipal Building located at 205 Old Mill Road, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372, during normal business hours.   Leo V.
