Julia House bidding ad. Julia Hospice and Palliative Care, a 501c3, is pleased to announce the multiple prime contractor bidding for a single wood frame hospice facility at 5795 West Road, McKean. The project is receiving state funding through the RACP program. All prime contractors must comply with RACP requirements, which include, but are not necessarily limited to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, the Steel Product Procurement Act, the requirement to have Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, etc. The RACP project name is Julia House – Erie County, and the ME# is 3534.
The project will be divided into the following prime contractor bid packages; Site Development including E&S, earthwork, site utilities, concrete curbs and asphalt paving; Concrete including foundations, interior slabs on grade, exterior walks and slabs; Masonry; Metals; Rough Carpentry; Exterior Carpentry; Interior Carpentry; Millwork; Roofing; Aluminum Frame Storefront; Doors; Frames; Hardware; Painting; Division 10 Specialties; Floor Coverings including vinyl, ceramic, and carpet; Plumbing; Fire Protection; HVAC; Electrical including fire alarm system, tele/data wiring, and camera wiring. Some packages may be combined. A final list of all bid packages and work included in each will be available at the Pre-bid meeting.
The Pre-bid meeting will be held at the St. Francis Xavier Parish Center, 8880 Main Street, McKean, PA, 16426, on Tuesday, December 30th, at 10:00AM.
