The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you: Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, Chancery Division, by the said Plaintiff, against you and other Defendants, praying for foreclosure of a certain Real Estate Mortgage conveying the premi-ses described as follows, to wit: Lot 67 in GARDEN CITY, a subdivision of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 8 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, in the City of Peoria, situated in the County of Peoria and State of Illinois..

Steging, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Peoria County Recorder as Document Number 07-35053; that Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
Now, therefore, unless you, the said named Defendant, file your answer to the Com-plaint in the said suit or otherwise make your ap-pearance therein, In the office of the Circuit Court of IL County, located at 324 Main St G22 Peoria, IL 61602, on or before January 21, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
