A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3:00 pm on January 7, 2026, at the County of Riverside Transportation Department, 3525 14th Street, Riverside, California 92501. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities. Bidder's attendance at this meeting will not be mandatory. This project is subject to the “Buy America” provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Assistance Efficiency Act of 1991. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall possess a current and active State of California Class "A" Contractor’s license at the time this contract is awarded.
