In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9, and Sections 10.05 & 11.05 of the Town of Boylston Zoning Bylaws, the Boylston Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Boylston Municipal Office Building, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts, on the application of Corey Clark, 1801 263rd Street, #137, Lomita, CA 90717 for a Special Permit to allow for the construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit, larger than what is allowed by right, on the property located at 469 Linden Street (Boylston Assessor's Map 1671, Parcel 63-4). The subject property consists of approximately 3.55 acres of land and is located in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district.
A full description of the proposal is on file in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts and may be viewed during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.
