In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 10.01.19.1b of the Town of Boylston Zoning Bylaws, The Boylston Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Boylston Municipal Office Building, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts on the Special Permit application of 290 Shrewsbury Owner, LLC (Brendan Leahy). The applicant seeks to install two (2) new wall signs which exceed the allowed 24 square feet and the number of signs that is allowed. They are proposing to install two (2), 75 square foot illuminated wall signs. They are also seeking to install three (3) smaller wall signs identifying Office Location and Loading Zones. This property is in the Flexible Business Development Zone.
A full description of the proposal is on file in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts and may be viewed during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.
