At this hearing, the Hearing Officer may affirm the order of which all environmental violations must be removed by JANUARY 6TH, 2026. If the environmental violations are not removed by that date, you may be liable for all incurred costs of removing the environmental violations as well as a lawsuit for a penalty up to $2,500.00.
