Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Borough Council at its meeting on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building, 44 Rexmont Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, shall conduct a public hearing on and, at the conclusion of the hearing or a subsequent meeting within 60 days of the date of second publication of this advertisement, if appropriate, shall enact an ordinance, the caption of which is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CORNWALL BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 13, SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT, AND CHAPTER 14, ZONING, TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES TO PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
The proposed ordinance may be summarized as follows. Section 1 amends Chapter 13, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Code of Ordinances to require applicants to obtain all zoning approvals before submitting a subdivision or land development plan. Section 2 amends Chapter 14, Zoning, to revise Section 14-402, Uses Not Provided For. Sections 3 – 5 reaffirm all other parts and provisions of the Code of Ordinances, provide for severability of any invalid provisions, and set forth the effective date. A copy may be examined without charge at the offices of this newspaper, at the Law Library of the Lebanon County Courthouse, 400 South 8th Street, Room 305, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building, 44 Rexmont Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
