In accordance with MGL Ch.40A Section 9 the Leicester Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 6:15 PM in Meeting Room 3 at the Leicester Town Hall, 3 Washburn Sq., Leicester, MA 01524 pursuant to Sections 5.10.D.p (Adaptive Reuse Overlay District) of the Town of Leicester Zoning Bylaw, for Special Permit application (SP-2025-06) to operate a commercial restaurant. Applicant: Leicester Public Schools, Brett Kustigian, 3 Washburn Square, Leicester MA 01524. Project Location: 70 Winslow Ave., Leicester MA, 01524 (Assessors Map 15, Parcels A14), Worcester Registry of Deeds: Bk 4069 Pg 251. Zone: Residential 2 (R2).
