A pre-submittal building tour will be held on Thurs., Jan 22, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the site location of 2409 N. Kelley Ave., Oklahoma City, OK. Proposal packets will be available at the building tour or by request. All proposals must be submitted by email, mail or hand delivery and must be received and date-stamped or postmarked before 3 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2026.
