PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Act 186 of 1984, the public is hereby notified that the proposed budget of the Fifteenth Judicial District Attorney for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 is available for inspection at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse, Lafayette, Louisiana, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also, the public is hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on December 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse, Lafayette, Louisiana. The purpose of this public hearing is to allow citizens to provide comments and opinions on the proposed budget of the Fifteenth Judicial District Attorney for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026. Additionally, proposed amendments to the budget of the Fifteenth Judicial District Attorney for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 may be considered at the public hearing.
