The legal description for the Easements in question is as follows: The west 10 (ten) feet of Lot 3, Pete Cooper Subdivision, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, except the south 108.9 feet and the east 10 (ten) feet of the west 395.03 feet of the south 108.90 feet of Lot 3, Pete Cooper Subdivision, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa. You are further notified that a hearing on said proposed vacation of Easement will be held in conjunction with the January 13, 2026, Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Ames City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa.
