Said Appeal is being made to obtain three variances from Section(s) 110-19C(5), 110-19C(6)(a)[3] and 110-19C(6)(a)[1] of the Code of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, which requires a 10' side yard where only 1.9' is provided, a 5' side yard buffer where 0' is provided and a 20' front yard buffer where only 11.6' is provided.
