NOTICE The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-129 Amending Zoning Map (Brad and Chris Engelbert). The ordinance rezones 1.75 acres of land from Large Estate Residential (LE) District to Rural Residential (RR) District, and rezone 3.25 acres of land from Large Estate Residential (LE) District to Exclusive Agriculture (EA) District in the Town of Two Rivers. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-130 Amending Zoning Map (James Kunst). The ordinance rezones 4.464 acres of land from Small Estate Residential (SE) District to Large Estate Residential (LE) District, rezone 1.337 acres of land from Natural Area (NA) District to Large Estate Residential (LE) District, and rezone 2.261acres of land from Natural Area (NA) District to Small Estate Residential (SE) District in the Town of Schleswig.
